The homes were beautifully designed and very spacious inside. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The owners were polite and helpful. The landscape surrounding the homes was breathtaking and we loved waking up to it every morning. We also enjoyed the visits from the friendly furry animals.

The building design could have been better. The windows didn't face the best view and it would have been more convenient to have a view of the Northern Lights from inside.

We had the most amazing stay at a guesthouse in a remote area surrounded by Icelandic plains and mountains. The stand-alone property was practically brand new and impeccably clean. We loved the spacious room with no bunk beds and enjoyed a cozy family movie night with Netflix. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns and attractions. The beautiful setting and serene atmosphere made this our favorite place during our entire trip. highly recommended!

We had an incredible stay at a cozy holiday home near Selfoss. The location was perfect for exploring the Golden Circle and other attractions in South Iceland. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and their adorable dogs made our stay even better. The internet speed was amazing, allowing us to easily back up our travel photos. The Netflix on the TV was a nice touch for relaxing evenings. The only downside was the lack of a cheese grater in the kitchen. I highly recommend this holiday home for a memorable stay in Iceland.

The surrounding nature at Heima Holiday Homes is absolutely beautiful, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the hosts are friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on what to do and see. the cottages are well-equipped and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. the location is conveniently close to popular attractions like Gulfoss and the Geysir, making it a great base for exploring the area. the view from the cottages is incredible, especially if you're lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights.

The beds in the cottages are made up of two single beds pushed together, which can be a bit uncomfortable.

The value for the money was excellent, with a fully equipped and clean room in a beautiful landscape. The staff treated us amazingly, giving us helpful suggestions and even notifying us about the northern lights in the middle of the night.
